I. Job Summary

Junior Reporting Analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.

  • High attention to details & 100% accuracy while feeding the data
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Hands-on experience in MS Excel)
  • Multi tasking & Result oriented & accomplish the project deadlines
  • Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Report transition & timely SOP updation
  • Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
  • Pro-active, self-oriented and zeal to outperform & take ownership
  • Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal) & Can participate in calls
  • Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
  • Willingness to work in any US Shift – Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours

III. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education/Experience

  • Education: B.Com, M.com or equivalent degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: One (1) Year of experience in the field Reporting, MS Office (Excel)
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Language Ability:
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as departmental reporting, e-mail & vendor correspondence.
Math Ability:
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software, database software, M.S. Outlook, M.S. Word, MS Excel and M.S. PowerPoint.
Special Skills:
  • Problem solving skills, team handling ability, verbal and written communication should be good.
