I. Job Summary
Under direct supervision, ensures that customer set-ups and service adjustments are completed appropriately.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other special projects and tasks may be assigned.

  • Enters and maintains customer accounts for accurate and complete information. Records and tracks errors.
  • Performs data entry of all new accounts into MS Excel, MAS, and Green Pages
  • Utilizes Mail Merge to create and send multiple letters at once
  • Utilize MS Excel to both input and extract information, and to aid in reporting
  • Acts as a liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations.
  • Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Prepares, coordinates service agreements, and reviews them for accuracy.
  • Work as a team with other Set-up Coordinators
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, corporate environment and work with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fosters compliance with standards and goals.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
  • Experience: Zero to three years experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • Call center or customer service experience, billing and operational experience may be required.

  • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the work day;

  • Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements rarely;
  • Normal setting for this job is: office setting.
